Project Manager at Cmbio
Job description
Cmbio is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. The person we are looking for is proactive, well-organized, and has a high degree of responsibility.
This is a 9 to 12-months maternity-cover role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position thereafter.
As a Project Manager at Cmbio, you will be working in close collaboration with two colleagues in our office in Copenhagen, and with teams across our global sites. You will be responsible for project managing our international projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery across our three sites in Denmark and one in the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Copenhagen as well as cross-functional teams at our other sites
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal and external
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and proactively address any issues or risks
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation
- Foster a positive, solution-oriented working environment
We are looking for candidates with the following profile and qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- A proven track-record in project management
- 2 years of industry experience, could be from relevant student jobs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Advantageous qualifications:
- CRO experience
- Experience with a quality assurance (QA-) system
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
